A scene from Meachatronics Sequence Training
- Company A
- Our company is promoting a company-wide automation and laborsaving campaigns. Our attendance to this training course is intended to make us an expert in automation. Since our department is in charge of fabricating automatic machines, we are supposed to become almighty in both mechanical and electrical fields. Even though this training course did not give us much chances to create circuit diagrams, I certainly could obtain sufficient knowledge to become confident in working with circuit diagrams.
- Company B
- This training course was greatly helpful to me. The reason is that it is easy to understand thanks to an actual hand-on training with practical kit and the excellent curriculum thus gradually upgrading from the course A for the beginners to the course B for the advanced.
- Company C
- I was so worried if I can keep up with this training since it was my first time to learn about Sequence Control. While studying step-by-step, however, I was surprised to be aware of getting confident. The learning system with videotapes and actual training kit was excellent to easily understand. If an enough time is given, I believe that it is possible to advance more and more.
- Company D
- The step-by-step learning from the videotapes was very easy to follow and understand. If possible, it is desirable to provide a flowchart of operations being taken in the circuit upon giving tasks. It is also desirable to provide one training kit for each person.
- Company E
- Studying by books is easy to forget and misunderstanding is usually overlooked without awareness. On the contrary, this training gave us chances to notice our misunderstandings by showing no response of the circuit or blowing fuse. Once experienced, it is hard to forget those mistakes. I am sure to have attended one of the most fruitful training courses.
- Company F
- I could come to understand through this training course that why reading a sequence diagram alone without actual wiring is not enough to complete the circuit function as designed. Even though it was rather easy to create a circuit diagram at this level, there were many cases that the circuit did not function normally due to electrical trips caused by wrong wiring. Accordingly, I was obliged to experience trouble-shootings thus getting better knowledge about the key points in making actual sequence circuit. So far, I had been experiencing to read the finished sequence diagrams without knowing how hard it is to actually connect. I appreciate this training course since I could find a fun to make circuits without fears.
- Company G
- Since the curriculums of creating own circuit and actually making it are provided in this training course, it was very easy to understand the points that cannot be obtained from the lessons alone. Making circuits while seeing actual SW, MS and CR gave us easy understanding about a-contact, b-contact, common contact, etc.
- Company H
- Through this training course, I obtained a little capability to create a circuit. Accordingly, I am willing to challenge to design and make an actual circuit based on the requirements in our job site.
- Kure Technical College (Prof. Yamane)
- Since 1987, we introduced this training course as a subject for mechanical engineering. It is very helpful for the students to become familiar with electric / electronic controls. Our basic goal is that they could at least read a circuit diagram of lath machine. How to read, create, connect, check devices, etc. is included in this course for easy and better understanding. It is also useful to create a flowchart of the mechatronics sequence. “Useful” is the best word to describe this training course in short.
