In teaching on Sequence Control, how will this course be help of me as a first timer?

Since this training course is designed for such beginners, you do not need to worry. The accessory videotape is not a mere operation manual. It is actually a videotaped textbook of systemized curriculum covering from basic to application circuits. As a teacher, therefore, you have to go through this course and experience the training kit beforehand. You have to create a circuit as guided in the videotape and perform the actual wiring to finally check if it works as designed. This course will assure you to fully understand about Sequence Control. Then, you may teach to your trainees what you have learned as is.

What kinds of contents are in the videotape?

To say it short, this videotape is a textbook with collections of problems and solutions. The course A for the beginners discusses about basic circuits such as ON-OFF circuit, AND circuit, OR circuit, Self-Hold circuit, etc. in Step 1 to 10. Since it is designed to gradually upgrade the level, it perfectly suits to the beginners. The course B for the advanced presents the actual opportunities to apply such devices as timers, counters, motors and magnetic-relays to create circuits to solve the given problems in Step 1 to 14.

What are the typical effects?
A.
Briefly, the basic knowledge of Relay Sequence Control is acquired within a short period of time. Each and every step in this course requires the trainees to create a circuit and actually connect wiring thus enabling to check the operation. As a result, the trainees will be convinced from the fact and keep the knowledge in his heart and mind longer. In the course B, a considerably complicated circuit using three magnetic-relays, timers, counters and two motors is eventually handled. The trainees will be able to reach to the level to design such circuit within 3 days as a standard.

Is there any rental videotape to check the contents?

What are the main differences between “Mechatronics Sequence Kit” and “Programmable Controller Course”?
A.
If your intention is to study about Sequence Control from the basic, it is definitely recommended to select “Mechatronics Sequence Kit”. In such way, you can acquire the basic knowledge about a-contact, AND / OR circuits, magnetic-relay, self-holding circuit, etc. For the trainees with mechanical background, especially, it greatly helps to understand how invisible electricity flows in the circuit. While “Programmable Controller Course” is designed for the trainees holding the above basic knowledge. It mainly discusses about manipulation of the controller and programming.

Which of “Mechatronics Sequence Kit” and “Programmable Controller Course” should be studied first?
A.
The answer of the above question shall work here also. It is definitely recommended to start with “Mechatronics Sequence Kit” first.
Q.
Isn't it better to connect wiring with one-touch connector than screw?
A.
Both methods have some merits and demerits. One-touch connector has advantage to reduce the wiring time but disadvantages of higher cost and shorter lifetime till getting imperfect contact. While screw method takes longer time for wiring but assures longer lifetime. Aside from this, some instructors prefer the screw methods taking longer time so that it can provide a time to observe the trainees' response and attitude. This matter will be pending for the time being so that we can comply with the preference of our valued clients.

Do we have to buy as many videotape as training kit since we need several kits?
A.
It is not necessary. You may buy one videotape and several training kits and textbooks. When you need 5 training kits, for example, you may buy one set and 4 training kits and textbooks as an addition.
Q.
Do you extend repair service for the training kit?
A.
Of course, we extend our service at free of charge within one-year warranty period and at charge afterward. Since most schools do not use it immediately and start to use it at a half year or one year after purchase, however, this warranty period is negotiable. Please feel free to consult with us.
Q.
Do you extend service for the videotape?
A.
For the naturally cut or damaged videotapes within one-year warranty period, we will replace it at free of charge. If the warranty period is expired, however, we will replace it at the actual cost of tape, dubbing fee and postal charge.
Q.
Is English version available for overseas training?
A.
We have English version. The videotapes, sub-textbooks and circuit diagrams are in English. The training kit can be commonly used except power supply. Since AC100 V is power supply voltage, a transformer is required in case of discrepancy. Upon request, we can also arrange for that. So far 30 sets are sold for the overseas training purpose.
